摘  要:教师要以学生发展为本,明确教师是学生的引导者、组织者和合作者,学生是学习的主人。教师要积极提高自身综合业务能力,同时,要注意语言表达的准确性及艺术性;尊重、鼓励学生主动参与,合作学习,引导学生挖掘自身潜能,建立相互尊重、相互理解、民主、平等、和谐的师生关系,关注学习方法的形成,情感和态度的培养;充分利用有效的教学手段,激发学生的学习兴趣、学习主动性和创新意识,促使学生积极主动地学习,以实现教学相长和共同发展的目的。The teacher to student oriented development concept,clear the teacher is the student leader,organizer and collaborators, students are the masters of learning.The teacher should actively improve their comprehensive professional ability,at the same time,They should pay attention to the accuracy and artistic language expression; respect, encourage students'active participation, cooperative learning, guide the students to tap their own potential ,to establish a mutual respect, mutual understanding, democracy, equality, harmonious relationship between teachers and students, form on the learning method, cultivating emotion and attitude;make full use of effective teaching methods, to stimulatestudents interest in learning,learning initiative and innovation consciousness, make students study actively,in order to achieve the purpose of teaching benefits teachers as well as students and common development.
