摘  要:以羊肝菌为原料,研究羊肝菌多糖的提取工艺及其抗疲劳活性。研究结果表明,羊肝菌多糖提取最佳工艺条件为:超声功率为244.0W,超声提取时间为24.0min,液料比值为33.9(mL/g),pH为8.77。通过测定小鼠的负重游泳时间、血尿素氮含量,研究羊肝菌多糖的抗疲劳活性。结果表明,羊肝菌多糖能延长小鼠负重游泳时间,降低血清尿素氮含量。羊肝菌多糖具有较好的抗疲劳作用。The extraction technology and anti-fatigue function of polysaccharide from sheep bacilli were mainly discussed. The optimum extraction condition of polysaccharide from sheep bacilli were determined, such as ultrasonic frequency for 244.0 W, ultrasonic time for 24.0 min, solution to material ratio for 33.9(mL /g), pH for 8.77. The anti-fatigue function of polysaccharide from sheep bacilli was tested by the weight-loaded swimming time and the blood urea nitrogen content of mice. It showed that the polysaccharide from sheep bacilli can extend the weight-loaded swimming time and lower the blood urea nitrogen content. The polysaccharide from sheep bacilli has a good anti-fatigue function.
