摘　　要：分析美国、日本和法国高新技术产业集群政策特点,提出集群政策比较的五个维度,促进对话与合作、拓展需求、提供智力支撑、促进国际联系和完善集群框架,进而从五个政策维度比较分析美日法集群政策的共同点与不同点,最后总结对我国高新技术产业集群政策的经验借鉴。Firstly,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the high -tech industrial cluster policies in United States,Ja-pan and France.Then five dimensions of cluster policy are put forward,which are promoting dialogue and cooperation,ex-panding demand,providing intellectual support,promoting international connections and improving cluster framework.Ac-cording to the five -dimensions,the common and differences of cluster policies in United States,Japan and France are comparatively analyzed.Finally the experiences are summarized for the policy setting of the high -tech industry cluster in China.
