摘　　要：在科技型企业、高技术企业等企业中分离出"科学型企业"这类特殊企业。重点研究科学型企业的管理特征,包括,科学研究等于"研发+生产+营销+物流",科学家等于"创业家+研发人员+生产人员+形象代言人",实验室等于"研发中心+生产线",科学突破等于盈利模式,"科学家+科研成果"等于融资条件,专业性、风险性、短寿性和价值膨胀性等。研究有助于根据科学型企业的特点发展对其进行管理的思路和方法。This paper extracts a special kind of enterprises,named the science enterprises,from the science and technology enterprises,the high technology enterprises and so on.The managerial characteristics of these science enterprises have been studied,which include the scientific research equals “R＆D ＋ Manufacture ＋ Marketing ＋ Logistics”,the scientist e-quals “entrepreneurs ＋ researcher ＋ production worker ＋ spokesman”,laboratory equals “R＆D center ＋ production line”,the scientific breakthrough equals the profit pattern,“scientist ＋scientific research achievement”equals the finan-cing qualification,the specialty,the risk,the short life -cycle,and the value -expansibility.The studies help to develop the managerial thinking and methods for the science enterprises based on their characteristics.
