摘  要:为了制备力学性能和保温性能较为理想的玻化微珠保温砂浆,进行了玻化微珠保温砂浆力学性能与导热系数的试验,并针对寒区隧道的冻害防治技术,采用保温隔热材料法,将该新型无机保温材料应用于隧道保温隔热层中。以吉林省延边自治州某隧道工程为背景,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,采用地层结构模型对隧道隔热层结构进行受力数值模拟分析,另对围岩、初期支护结构与二次衬砌进行稳定性及强度验算,从而确定了玻化微珠保温砂浆保温隔热方法在隧道设计方案中的可行性,为隧道冻害防治提供新材料。分析结果表明:玻化微珠保温砂浆作为保温隔热层应用于寒区隧道,隧道受力结构具有良好的可靠性和稳定性。In order to make the mechanical properties and thermal properties of the insulation glazed hollow bead mortar ideal,the research group carried out experiments of mechanical properties and thermal conductivity about the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar.The new machine insulation materials are used in the tunnel insulation layer because of the Thermal insulation material method which can used as one of the freezing damage prevention technology in the tunnel in cold region.Based on the background of a tunnel project in Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture in Jilin province,using ANSYS(the finite element analysis software)making numerical simulation of stress analysis on tunnel insulation layer structure by stratum structure model,and making stability and strength checking on the surrounding rock,the initial supporting structure and the two lining so as to determine the feasibility of the insulation heat method used thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar in the design of tunnel which provides new material for the tunnel frost damage prevention.The results show that:the glazed hollow bead thermal insulation mortar used as the insulation layer of the tunnel in the cold regions is reliability and stability.
