摘　　要：早期诊断对于宫颈癌的预防和治疗具有决定性意义。p14ARF是近年来发现的抑癌基因,是细胞周期调控网络的重要成员,通过p53途径和非p53途径调控细胞周期,抑制肿瘤发生。研究表明,p14ARF在大多数原发肿瘤中表达缺失或低表达,但在宫颈癌病变中p14ARF多出现高表达,可能与宫颈癌及癌前病变中高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)持续感染有关。p14ARF检测方法简单,易于操作,可能可以作为生物标志物,应用于宫颈癌及癌前病变的筛查。Eearly diagnosis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer is of decisive significance,p14ARF as a tumor suppressor gene,is discovered in recent years,it is an important member of cell cycle regulatory networks,which through the p53-dependent pathway and p53-independent pathway to control cell cycle and inhibit tumorigenesis.Studies had shown that p14ARF in expression loss or low expression in most primary tumors,but in cervical cancer lesions p14ARF appeared high expression,it may be associated with high-risk human papillomavirus （HR-HPV） on persistent infection in cervical cancer and precancerous lesions,p14ARF detection technology is simple,easy to operate,it can be used as a biomarker in screening of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.
