Branchial cleft cyst carcinoma:a case report and literature review

摘　　要：1病例报告患者,男,47岁,以＂发现右颈部肿块20余天＂为主诉于2014年5月21日收入我科。入院前曾于邵阳市中心医院（具体时间不详）行穿刺检查时抽出8ml淡黄色液体,见淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞及少许异型细胞。体检：右侧胸锁乳突肌上段前缘深面可扪及约2cm×2cm大小肿物,质中,无压痛,活动可,与周围组织无明显粘连,边界清,皮肤无红肿破溃等。入院时考虑为鳃裂囊肿。The patient complained of a 20 days history of isolated mass in the right cervical region.The lesion was successfully eradicated by surgical removal.Histopathology established branchial cleft cyst carcinoma（BCCC）as the diagnosis.More attentions should be paid to the diagnosis of BCCC.Primary leisions were essential for the suspected cases.Importantly,only after excluding the metastatic squamous carcinoma in lymph nodes and other primary diseases,the diagnosis of BCCC would be established.Therapeutic strategies include complete local excision,radical neck dissection,and post-operative radiotherapy.
