摘　　要：目的:通过对口服不同剂量普萘洛尔治疗婴儿血管瘤的临床研究,评估其安全性及治疗效果。方法:将血管瘤患儿随机分成两组,分别以1mg/kg·d及2mg/kg·d普萘洛尔治疗,并监测患儿血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)变化。结果:治疗后6周两组患儿血清的VEGF水平均有明显下降,下降程度有差异显著意义(P<0.01),两治疗组之间下降水平有差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用普萘洛尔治疗血管瘤的疗效与剂量呈相关性。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of propranolol in the treatment of infantile hemangiomas with different dose. Methods Infants with hemangiomas were divided into two groups with random, Propranolol was orally administered at 1 and 2mg/kg/day, and the VEGF levels in the serum were detected. Results The VEGF level at 6 weeks after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment （P〈0.01）,and there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacv of propranolol in the treatment of hemanaiomas correlation with its dose.
