L-选择素在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织和涎腺恶性肿瘤组织中的表达及其相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的:检测L-选择素(L-Selectin)在口腔鳞状细胞癌(Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma,OSCC)组织和涎腺恶性肿瘤(salivary gland malignant tumor)组织中的表达情况,并初步探讨L-选择素与口腔鳞癌和涎腺恶性肿瘤的发生、发展和侵袭转移的相关性。方法:收集口腔鳞癌石蜡标本48例,涎腺恶性肿瘤石蜡标本48例,另选择良性病变周围的正常口腔黏膜组织和正常涎腺组织各20例,分别作为对照组。采用(SP)免疫组织化学方法检测L-选择素的表达情况。结果:L-选择素在口腔鳞癌中和涎腺恶性肿瘤中的阳性表达率明显高于其各自的对照组(P<0.05)。L-选择素的表达与患者口腔鳞癌组织的分化程度、TNM分期和颈淋巴结转移有关;与患者的性别和年龄无关。L-选择素的表达与患者涎腺恶性肿瘤的颈淋巴结转移有关;与患者涎腺恶性肿瘤的组织分类、性别和年龄无关。L-选择素在涎腺恶性肿瘤组织中的阳性率明显高于其在口腔鳞癌组织中的阳性率(P<0.05)。结论:L-选择素在口腔鳞癌组织和涎腺恶性肿瘤组织中均存在着高表达;L-选择素在口腔鳞癌和涎腺恶性肿瘤的发生、发展和侵袭转移中起着重要作用;L-选择素有望作为口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤早期诊断的标志。Objective：To detect the expression of L-selectin in OSCC（Oral squamous cell carcinoma）and salivary gland malignant tumor and preliminary discussion on L-selectin in OSCC and salivary gland malignant tumor pertinence of occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis.Methods：We collected 48 cases of OSCC paraffin specimens and 48 cases of salivary gland malignant tumor specimens of paraffin by surgical removal.Moreover,choice for oral and maxillofacial benign lesions surrounding tissue by resection,including normal oral mucosa tissues 20 cases and normal salivary gland tissue 20 cases,respectively as control groups.Methods SP immunohistochemistry were applied to detect the expression of L-selectin.Results：The positive expression rate of L-selectin in OSCC and salivary gland malignant tumor was significantly higher than their own control group（P〈0.05）.The expression of L-selectin in OSCC was associated with differentiation,TNM stages and lymph node metastasis,but not related with gender and age.The expression of L-selectin in salivary gland malignant tumor was associated with lymph node metastasis,but not related with classification gender and age.According to the expression of OSCC and salivary gland malignant tumor of L-selectin,the positive rate of salivary gland malignant tumor was significantly higher than OSCC（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There is a high expression of L-selectin both in OSCC and in salivary gland malignant tumor;L-selectin plays an important role in OSCC and salivary gland malignant tumor occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis;L-selectin may be as a symbol of oral and maxillofacial malignancy early diagnosis.
