摘　　要：目的：探讨游离上臂外侧皮瓣（LAFF）在颊癌术后缺损修复应用中的特点,评价其适应范围。方法：对自2012年1月-2013年12月,我科应用LAFF一期修复颊癌术后缺损的10例患者进行临床分析。结果：术后所有皮瓣均完全成活,未出现营养不良局部缺损坏死情况。术后3月患者张口度恢复,修复效果满意。结论：上臂外侧皮瓣质地柔软,组织量中等,大小有一定选择性,长度可随缺损要求而增加,可满足大部分颊癌术后缺损的要求。Objective：To investigate the features of lateral arm free flap（LAFF）in reconstructions of the defects after buccal carcinoma resection.Methods：10buccal carcinoma cases who received LAFF from January 2012 to December 2013 were reviewed.Results：All flaps survived well,no vascular crisis,no local necrosis and malnutrition.The mouth opening and repair results were satisfactory in the three months follow-up examination.Conclusion：The texture of LAFF is soft.The amount of tissue is moderate.The size is more selective,and the length can be increased with the defect requirements.In most cases LAFF can meet the requirements of the defects after buccal carcinoma resection.
