摘　　要：目的:本研究主要是探讨固定修复体对于牙周组织健康状况的影响。方法:采取病例对照研究,选取54名接受了固定修复的患者,以对侧同名牙作为对照,在修复治疗后1年,分别测量修复体及对侧同名牙的牙菌斑指数、牙龈指数和探诊深度,并检测其龈沟液中牙龈卟啉单胞菌和伴放线杆菌的阳性检出率。结果:修复体的PI明显低于对照牙,修复体的GI和PD明显高于对照牙;修复体龈沟液中的Pg和Aa的阳性检出率,均明显高于对照牙。贱金属的PI、GI指数和PD在修复体中均最高,且贱金属龈沟液中的Pg和Aa的阳性检出率也明显高于其他各组;瓷的各项数据在修复体中均最低,其PI明显低于对照牙,Pg的阳性检出率显著高于对照牙,其余各项数据与对照牙近似,没有显著性差异。全冠和固定桥的GI和PD都很高,且Pg和Aa的阳性检出率也最高;贴面的PI最低,嵌体的GI最低,且嵌体的Pg和Aa的阳性检出率和对照牙相似。结论:瓷和贵金属材料对牙周的影响明显优于贱金属;而贴面和嵌体对牙周的影响要明显优于全冠和固定桥。Objective：To investigate the effects of the fix restorations on the periodontal health.Methods：A case-control study was used.54 patients with foxed restorations were examined after finishing the restorations 1year.And the contra-lateral teeth were the contra group.The plaque index（PI）,gingival index（GI）and probing depth（PD）were recorded on restored and non-restored tooth.Results：The IP of the restorations was lower than that of the control tooth obviously.The GI and the PD of the restorations were higher than those of the control tooth obviously.And the Pg and Aa positive detection rate in the gingival sulcus fluid of the Restoration,were significantly higher than the control tooth.The periodontal indexes of the non-precious alloys were the highest in the restorations.And the periodontal indexes of the porcelain were the lowest.Crowns and the fixed bridges had the highest GI and PD.The veneer had the lowest PI.The inlay had the lowest GI.The Pg and Aa positive detection rate of the non-precious alloys were significantly higher than the other groups.And the Pg and Aa positive detection rate of crowns and fixed bridges were significantly higher than the other groups.The Pg and Aa positive detection rate of the inlay were approximate with the control tooth.Conclusion：The porcelain and the precious alloy were more superior to the non-precious alloy for the periodontal.And the veneer and inlay were more superior to the crown and fixed bridge for the periodontal.
