iRoot BP Plus在根管倒充填中的临床疗效以及IL-1β的基因表达

摘　　要：目的:评价iRoot BP Plus作为根尖倒充填材料的临床疗效以及IL-1β的基因表达。方法:收集根尖周久治不愈病例,共60例,均为前牙,采用根管倒充填.将其随机均分为3组,分别使用iRoot BP Plus、玻璃离子水门汀、复合树脂3种根管倒充填糊剂,在2年时检测各组临床疗效和IL-1βmRNA的基因表达,进行统计学的分析处理。结果:iRoot BP Plus能有效治愈难治性根尖周炎。IL-1βmRNA在玻璃离子水门汀(3.26±0.04)、复合树脂充填组牙龈中的表达(4.57±0.02)显著高于iRoot BP Plus牙龈(1.32±0.02)(P<0.01)。结论:iRoot BP Plus作为根管倒充填材料具有好的临床疗效,是一种较理想的治疗方法。Objective：To evaluate the sealing ability of iRoot BP Plus as root—end f11 ing materials and IL-1βRNA expression in gingival tissues.Methods：60anterior teeth were cured by the technique in this study.Sixty single root canal permanent teeth were randomly divided into three groups,with 20 in each group.Root canals in group A were filled with iRoot BP Plus,while root canals in group B and C were filled with glass ionomer cement and composite resin.The clinical efficacy were assessed after 2years and to examine interleukin-1beta（IL-1β）mRNA in gingival tissues of patients.Results：iRoot BP Plus provided a significant effect in periapical periodontitis.The relative amount of IL-1βmRNA expression of gingival samples from patients with ionomer cememt（3.26±0.04）and composite resin（4.57±0.02）was much higher than that from iRoot BP Plus（1.32±0.02）（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：This study indicated that the usege of iRoot BP Plus in root canal retrofill can get a better effect.It is a rather perfect method in clinics.
