摘　　要：图书馆学界知识共享理论研究兴起的原因有四:一是从经济形态看,知识经济时代,需要图书馆加强对知识管理效率,促进知识创新能力;二是从技术支撑看,信息技术突飞猛进,造成知识中心多元化格局,图书馆需要搭建先进的技术平台,应对知识中心边缘化的趋势;三是从共享实践看,制约图书馆知识共享的主客观因素依然存在,直接影响着知识共享的水平;四是从社会职能看,图书馆作为公共文化服务体系的中坚力量,承担着保障公民文化权益、推动社会文化发展的重要职责。The research of Knowledge Sharing Theory has been on the rise in the academic circle of library. There are four reasons as follows： 1. From the economic form, the efficiency of knowledge management need be strengthened by library to improve the ability of knowledge creative in the age of knowledge economy; 2. From the technical support, because of the rapid development of information technology, an advanced technology platform has to be built by library to deal with the marginalization of knowledge centre in diversified knowledge setup; 3. From the practice of sharing, the subjective and objective factors are still existing that restrain knowledge sharing; 4. From the social perspective, library plays an very important role in the system of public cultural service to promote social and cultural development.
