摘　　要：光棍节经历了从小众节日到大众节日的演变,成为单身群体基于缓解压力、寻求认同、表达个性等动机而发起的一场"集体休闲运动",是青年休闲文化的体现。光棍节异化的根本原因,在于现代休闲的特殊矛盾,表现为休闲的经济属性和文化属性由互为助推,演变为前者对后者的入侵和殖民。作为休闲运动的光棍节是现代人的生存焦虑和休闲需求在单身亚文化领域的投射,应重回光棍节休闲的本真,回到精祌文化层面上来才能对抗这一异化的逻辑。Singles Day has evolved from a minority festival to a very popular holiday, and then initiated a ＂collective leisure sports＂ of single people to ease pressure, to search for identity and to express personality. It was originally the embodiment of youth leisure culture. The fundamental reason lying in the alienation of the singles day is the special contradiction of modern leisure, which performed the economic attribution and cultural attribution of the leisure evolved from mutual boosting, to invasion and colonization of the former upon the latter. Being a leisure sport, Singles Day is a projection of modern peoplels survival anxiety and leisure needs on the single sub-culture field. We should return to the essence of this leisure holiday, to the spiritual and cultural aspects to combat this alienation logic.
