摘 要:1933年,为了应对中央苏区十个县工人罢工造成的社会危机事件,苏区党和政权以修改劳动法和说服教育为路径,调整劳动政策以改善劳资、工农和师徒关系。这是中共在局部执政前期正确认识与平和处置社会矛盾的一次成功事例,比较典型地反映了苏区政权对不同利益群体诉求的应对与引导,是国家与社会关系的一种良性调整,留下了重要的经验和启示。In 1933, in response to the social crisis caused by workers strike in 10 counties of the Central Soviet Area, through the modification of the labor law and persuasion and education, the Soviet party and regime adjusted the labor policy to improve the employee-employer relationship, workers-peasants relationship and master- apprentice relationship. It was a successful example of handling the social contradictions by the CPC in the early period of its Partial ruling, and typically reflected the response and guidance of the Soviet regime to the demands of different interest groups. It also was a benign adjustment of the state-society relationship, leaving important experiences and enlightenments.
