南非9～12年级“技术女孩计划”探析

摘　　要：近年来，南非承诺优先开展全民教育，然而，性别不平等、技能短缺，以及在技能教育上女孩与男孩差距较大等问题困扰着经济社会的发展。为应对挑战，南非为9～12年级女孩实施了“技术女孩计划”。该计划目标明确，措施具体，取得了一定成效。South Africa has been committed itself to participate in Education for All movement in recent year. However, there are still some factors such as gender inequality, skill shortage, and the gap between girls and boys in skill education holding back South Africa＇s economic and social development. Facing these challenges, South Africa implemented the Techno Girl Programme for girls from grade 9 to grade 12. This programme has achieved a lot because of clear goals, targets and specific measures, which offers us some enlightenment from various aspects such as the necessities, possibilities and operation ways of improving Chinese girls＇ skills.
