摘  要:目的研究4种常用根管冲洗液及血液对根尖定位仪测量准确性的影响。方法收集40颗根尖孔发育完成的单根管离体牙构建体外实验模型。测量根管工作长度实际值;应用Raypex-5根尖定位仪分别测量在根管内灌注4种冲洗液(生理盐水、体积分数3%过氧化氢溶液、质量分数5.25%次氯酸钠溶液、体积分数17%乙二胺四乙酸溶液)和血液介质环境下的根管工作长度测量值。对测量数据进行单因素方差分析。结果 40个根管的工作长度实际值和在生理盐水、体积分数3%过氧化氢溶液、质量分数5.25%次氯酸钠溶液、体积分数17%乙二胺四乙酸溶液及血液5种介质中根尖定位仪根管工作长度测量值分别为(17.61±2.25)mm、(18.18±1.33)mm、(17.89±1.30)mm、(17.77±1.56)mm、(16.58±1.38)mm和(16.44±1.61)mm,差异无统计学意义(F=1.963,P=0.091)。结论 Raypex-5测量根管工作长度的准确性不受根管内残留冲洗液和血液的影响。Objective To study the influence of four different solutions( 0. 9% NaCl,3% H2O2,5.25% NaOCl,17% EDTA) and blood onthe accuracy of Raypex-5 apex locator. Methods Forty extracted teeth with single straight canals and completed foramina were selected to record the ideal actual measurements and then were taken to build a model to mimic the situation in vivo. Forty single canal teeth filled with 0. 9% NaCl,3% H2O2,5.25% NaOCl,17% EDTA the four different solutions and blood were used to record the experimental measurements with the Raypex-5 apex locator.The Single factor variance analysis was applied to analyze the result. Results The experimental measurements of the forty single canal teeth filled with 0. 9% NaCl,3% H2O2,5.25% NaOCl,17% EDTA the four different solutions and blood were( 17. 61 ± 2. 25) mm,( 18. 18 ± 1. 33) mm,( 17. 89 ± 1. 30) mm,( 17. 77 ± 1. 56) mm,( 16. 58 ±1. 38) mm and( 16. 44 ± 1. 61) mm and there was no statistical significance between the experimental measurements with different solutions and the ideal actual measurements( F = 1. 963,P = 0. 091). Conclusion The accuracy about the canal length measuring of Raypex-5 is not affected by the contents of the root canal.
