摘　　要：患者男,34岁。右侧鼻梁根处皮下结节2年,无自觉症状。皮肤病理检查:真皮内可见一囊腔,囊壁有两层囊壁细胞,内层细胞呈高柱状,可见顶浆分泌,外层为肌上皮细胞。诊断为:大汗腺囊瘤。A 34 year old male had an asymptomatie nodule on the right side of the nasal ridge for 2 years. Histopathology showed that there was a uniloeular cyst in the dermis lined by an inner layer of euboidal secretory epithelial cells with decapitation secretion, and an outer layer of myoepitbelial cells. The diagnosis of apoerine hidrncystoma was established.
