摘　　要：例1女,22岁。颈部皮下结节12年,增大破溃1个月。例2女,24岁。右侧面颊部皮下结节2个月。两例患者的皮损组织病理检查诊断为毛母质瘤。前者病变由嗜碱细胞和影细胞组成,可见过渡细胞;后者以影细胞为主,排列呈不规则条索。均予外科手术切除治疗。随访至今,未见复发。Case 1, a 22 year-old female presented with the subcutaneous nodule on her neck for 12 years ,with enlargement and erosion for one month. Case 2, a 24 year-old female complained of the subcutaneous nodule on her right cheek for 2 months. Both cases were histopathologically diagnosed as pilomatricomas. Basophils, shadow cells and transient cells were seen in the biopsy from the first case. In the second case, the main histopathological feature was irregular strands of shadow cells. The tumor was surgically removed in both cases. No recurrence has occurred in both cases during follow-up to date.
