摘  要:目的:研究分析重症肌无力患者营养状态及影响因素。方法:选取我院2009-01-2011-12收治的201例重症肌无力患者为研究对象,对其进行营养支持、健康教育等综合干预,比较营养支持治疗前后患者主要营养指标,同时分析影响重症肌无力患者营养状况的因素。结果:重症肌无力组患者肌酐及血清清蛋白指显著低于正常对照组(P〈0.05)。另外,影响患者营养状态的主要因素包括年龄、病情严重程度、营养支持疗法及患者依从性等。结论:重症肌无力患者营养状态差于正常健康对照组,影响因素主要为年龄、营养支持治疗及其依从性,要提高患者营养支持疗法依从性,让患者保持一个良好营养状态,便于治疗及预后,促进患者早日康复。Objective: To study the nutritional status of the patients with myasthenia gravis. Methods: The nutritional status of 201 patients in our hospital from Jan 2009 to Dec 2011 were assessed before and after a comprehensive intervention. The nutrition indicators were compared and the nutritional status of patients with myasthenia gravis were analyzed. Results:Serum creatinine and albumin in the patients with myasthenia gravis were significantly lower than those of the normal control(P〈0.05). The main factors influencing the patients' nutritional state included age, disease severity, nutritional support and the compliance of patients,etc. Conclusion: The nutritionai status of the patients with myasthenia gravis was weaker than those of the normal control. The main influencing factors include age, nutritional support and the compliance of patients. The nutritional support can improve the patient compliance and keep patients in a good nutritional status which are helpful to the treatment and prognosis and promote the recovery.
