摘 要:高校创业型人才培养的影响因素是一个错综复杂的系统,正确辨识它们是高校创业型人才培养的基础和前提。应用DEMATEL方法度量出高校创业型人才培养影响因素的综合影响指数,可识别出其中的关键影响因素。研究结果表明,其关键影响因素为价值取向、培养理念、校园文化、政策导向等。这些影响因素依次集中于学生、高校、政府、产业和社会等维度。因此,要推进高校创业型人才培养,应激发学生的内在动力、优化高校的培养体系、调整政府的政策导向、营造良好的社会环境、加大产业的资金供给。The relevant factors determining entrepreneurial personnel training in colleges and universities have ever been complicated and identifying these factors has thus become their top priority. The DEMATEL methodology, applied in this research, aims to measure and identify the influencing indexes and data, and particularly, the fundamental factors among them. The results of the research show that value orientation, training ideas, campus culture, policy orientation are the keys to influencing these factors. These factors are focused on students, colleges, universities, government, industry and social dimensions. Therefore, the colleges and universities will accomplish the entrepreneurial personnel training only if they could, to the utmost, carry out the five policies like, stimulate college students'intrinsic motivation, optimize the training system, adjust the government policy guidance, create a good social environment, and increase enterprise capital supply.
