摘 要:目的研究Rho C蛋白在翼状胬肉中的表达情况,并以此作为标记物评估翼状胬肉的生物学特性。方法选择手术切除的45例翼状胬肉标本,应用辣根过氧化物酶标记的链霉卵白素免疫组织化学方法(S-P法)检测Rho C蛋白在翼状胬肉中的表达,分析Rho C蛋白的表达与翼状胬肉临床病理参数的关系。结果翼状胬肉组织中Rho C的阳性表达率为60%(27/45),显著高于正常球结膜组织(P<0.05)。31例进展期翼状胬肉Rho C阳性表达率为58%(18/31),14例静止期翼状胬肉阳性表达率为57%(8/14),二者比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);24例男性中14例阳性表达(58%),21例女性中13例阳性表达(62%);≥60岁患者的阳性表达率为56%(15/27),60岁以下患者的阳性表达率为61%(11/18);Rho C蛋白在不同性别、不同年龄患者间表达均无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论 Rho C蛋白的检测可有效判断翼状胬肉发病及复发情况,为临床早期采取相关治疗措施提供参考,以减轻患者的痛苦及经济负担。Objective It is to investigate the expression of RhoC protein in pterygium, and assess the biological characteristics of pterygium by using RhoC protein as a marker.Methods 45 cases of pterygium by surgical resection were choose, the expression of RhoC protein in pterygium by application of horseradish peroxidase labeled chain mildew avidin method of immunohistochemistry (S -P method), and the relationship between RhoC protein expression and clinicopathological parameters of pterygium were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of RhoC in pterygium tissues was 60% (27/45), it was significantly higher than that in normal conjunctival tissue (Z =3.285, P〈 0.05).The positive expression rate RhoC in 31 cases of advanced pterygium was 58% (18 /31), and was 57% (8 /14) in 14 cases of resting stage pterygium, There was significant difference between them (P 〉0.05).14 cases of positive expression in 24 cases of male (positive rate 58%), 13 cases were positive expression in 21 cases of women (positive rate was 62%); the positive expression rate was 56% (15 /27) in patients with age≥60 and was 61% (11 /18) in patients with age 〈60; there was no significant difference in RhoC protein expression between different gender or different age of patients (all P 〉0.05).Conclusion RhoC protein detection can effectively determine the incidence and recurrence of pterygium, and provide a reference to take relevant measures in early stage for clinical, accordingly alleviate the suffering and economic burden on patients.
