肺结核病患者生存质量与焦虑情绪的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨肺结核病患者生存质量与焦虑情绪的关系。方法采用肺结核病患者生存质量测定量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对169例确诊的肺结核病患者和100名健康对照者进行调查评定。结果 1健康组的生存质量显著高于肺结核病患者组(P<0.001);2肺结核病患者中轻度焦虑患者占40.24%,中度焦虑患者占12.43%,重度焦虑患者占0.59%;3肺结核病患者的生理机能(r=-0.389,P<0.001)、心理机能(r=-0.372,P<0.001)、社会机能(r=-0.411,P<0.001)、健康教育(r=-0.209,P<0.01)、总体生活和健康状况(r=-0.478,P<0.001)均与焦虑情绪呈显著负相关;4总体生活和健康状况与社会机能对焦虑情绪有预测作用(R=0.504,R2=0.254;P<0.01)。结论肺结核患者的生存质量得分越高,焦虑情绪越轻,且总体生活和健康状况与社会机能对焦虑情绪有预测作用。Objective To study the relationship between anxiety and quality of life among patients with pulmonary tuberculosis . Methods Health Related Quality of Life （ HRQOL） and SAS questionnaire were administrated to 169 cases of diagnosed patients with pulmonarytuberculosisand100healthycontrols.Results ①;Thequalityoflifeofpatientswithpulmonarytuberculosiswassignificantly higher than that of healthy controls （P〈0.001）②Mild anxiety patients accounted for 40.24%,moderate anxiety patients accounted for 12.43%,severe anxiety patients accounted for 0.59%,among patients with pulmonary tuberculosis;③Correlation analysis found that there were significant negative correlations between patients with pulmonary tuberculosis anxiety and physiology function （r=-0.389,P〈0.001）,psychological function（r=-0.372,P〈0.001）,social function（r=-0.411,P〈0.001）,health education（r=-0.209,P〈0.01）,overall life and health（r=-0.478,P〈0.001）;④Overall life and health and psychological function can forecast anxiety （R=0.504,R2 =0.254;P〈0.01）.Conclusion The higher the score of quality of life of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis ,the less seri-ous anxiety is ,and overall life and health and psychological function can forecast anxiety .This suggests that at the same time of anti -tu-berculosis treatment ,it is necessary to seek professional psychological intervention actively so that decline the occurrence rate of anxiety .
