团体心理治疗对精神分裂症患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨团体心理治疗对精神分裂症患者的临床疗效和生活质量的影响,为临床心理治疗的介入提供理论依据。方法选取我院收治的精神分裂症患者162例,随机分为观察组和对照组各81例。对照组采用单纯抗精神病药物口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上,加用团体心理治疗。治疗8周后,通过阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)和WHOQOL-100量表评估,对比两组患者的临床疗效和生活质量的变化情况。结果观察组的PANSS量表评估结果为(37.96±11.72)分,对照组的PANSS量表评估结果为(48.54±12.06)分。两组患者治疗后的PANSS量表评估结果均显著低于治疗前(t=8.75,11.22;P<0.05),而观察组治疗后的PANSS量表评估结果显著低于对照组(t=3.59,P<0.05),两组患者治疗后的环境领域和精神支柱与治疗前对比,差异均没有统计学意义(t=0.23,0.17;P>0.05),而生理领域、心理领域、独立性领域、社会关系领域和总评结果均显著高于治疗前(t=3.57,6.98,6.05,6.13,6.79;P<0.05),观察组治疗后的心理领域、独立性领域、社会关系领域和总评结果均显著高于对照组(t=4.42,4.35,3.77,5.25;P<0.05)。结论团体心理治疗有助于提高精神分裂症患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of group psychotherapy on clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients with schizophre -nia,andtoprovideatheoreticalbasisforclinicalpsychologicalintervention.Methods 162patientswithschizophreniawererandomly divided into observation group and control group with 81 cases in each .The control group treated with antipsychotic drug oral therapy , while the observation group treated based on the control group with group psychotherapy added .After 8 weeks of treatment ,the positive and negative symptom scale （ PANSS） and the change of WHOQOL -100 were evaluated and compared between two groups .Results Af-ter treatment,PANSS scores were significantly lower than that before treatment （t=8.75,11.22;P〈0.05）,and the PANSS scale assess-ment results of the observation group were significantly lower than that of control group （t=3.59,P〈0.05）;the physiology score,psy-chology score,independence score and society related score were significantly higher than that before treatment （ t=3.57,6.98,6.05, 6.13,6.79;P〈0.05）.Conclusion Group psychological therapy is helpful to improve the clinical effect of schizophrenia ,can improve the quality of life of patients ,is worthy of further popularization and application .
