摘  要:目的探讨理工科大学生情绪智力培养方案的实效性。方法选取我院信息工程系一年级3个本科专业中3个奇数班129名学生作为情绪智力培养方案的实验班,3个偶数班122名学生作为参照班。实验后对两组学生均施测情绪智力量表(EIS)并进行分析比较。结果经过情绪智力培养,实验班大学生的情绪智力总分显著高于参照班大学生(t=3.12,P<0.01),而在情绪智力各个维度的培养效果则不同,其中,在识别评价他人情绪、识别评价自身情绪、运用情绪自我激励3个维度前者得分均显著高于后者(t=3.01,3.38,2.89;P<0.001),而在对自身情绪的控制维度上两者则不存在显著差异。结论本研究中的情绪智力培养方案能有效提升理工科大学生的情绪智力。ObjectiveToStudytheeffectofEItrainingprogramofengineeringstudents.Methods 129freshmencomingfromthree classes of three subjects were randomly selected to be the experimental classes which would accepted the EI training ,and another three classes were selected to be the comparison classes .After the experiment we compared and analyzed the EIS score of the two groups students.Results After the EI training,compared to the comparison classes ,the total score of the students from the experimental classes were significantly higher(t=3.12,P〈0.01).But the training effects of the different dimensions of EI were different .In the dimensions of evaluation of others'emotion,evaluation of one's own emotion and self-motivation using emotion ,the score of the former were all higher than the latter.But in the dimension of self -emotion control,there was no significant difference between the scores of the two groups . Conclusion The EI training program in our study can effectively upgrade the EI of engineering students .
