摘 要:目的对1662名大学生的就业压力现状进行调查研究。方法采用《大学生就业压力问卷》对大学生进行问卷调查。结果 1大学生的就业压力在职业素质评价、就业竞争环境、自我认识与定位、缺少求职帮助和专业供求矛盾5个压力源维度上存在显著的学校差异(F=4.893,28.257,8.444,9.205,34.279;P<0.001),在就业心理预期压力源维度上学校差异不显著;2大学生的就业压力存在显著的性别差异(t=-4.924,-7.196,-4.776,-5.864,-5.024,-7.821;P<0.001;),女大学生的就业压力大于男大学生。结论政府和学校要采取措施缓解大学生的就业压力,大学生自己也要进行自我调节。Objective To research the present situation of 1662 college students'employment pressures .Methods Using College Student Career Placement Survey to conduct questionnaire survey on college students .Results On professional quality evaluation ,em-ployment competition environment ,self-awareness and positioning ,lacking of job search help and professional supply and demand con-tradiction,the employment pressures of college students existed significant differences in schools ( F=4.893,28.257,8.444,9.205, 34.279;P<0.001).On employment psychological expectations ,the employment pressures of college students didn 't exist significant differences in schools.The employment pressures of college students existed significant differences in gender (t=-4.924,-7.196,-4.776,-5.864,-5.024,-7.821;P<0.001).Female college students'employment pressures were greater than male college students'.Conclusion The government and schools need to take measures to alleviate the employment pressures of college students .College students need to be self-regulation.
