摘　　要：目的探讨Bim蛋白在骨恶性纤维组织细胞瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集2005年2月至2008年2月蔚州矿业公司职工医院确诊为骨恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的患者40例,采用免疫组织化学(EnVisionTM)法分别检测40例骨恶性纤维组织细胞瘤及40例骨恶性纤维组织细胞瘤旁组织中Bim的表达情况。结果 Bim在骨恶性纤维组织细胞瘤组织、骨恶性纤维组织细胞瘤旁组织中阳性表达率分别为25.00%、67.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Bim的表达与肿瘤部位、患者性别、年龄及组织学类型无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但与肿瘤大小、临床分期、5年生存期及紫杉醇治疗有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Bim在骨恶性纤维组织细胞瘤组织中呈现低表达,其低表达可在一定程度上反映骨恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的生物学行为及5年生存期的状况。Objective To investigate the expression of Bim （ Bcl-2 interacting mediator of cell death） protein in malignant fibrous histioeytoma of bone and its clinical importance. Methods A total of 40 eases of patients with malignant fibrous histiocytoma of bone admitted in Staff Hospital of Weizhou Mining Industry Company from Feb. 2005 to Feb. 2008 were colleeted. The expression of Bim protein of the 40 eases was detected by immunohistochemisty（ EnvisionTM ） respectively in malignant fibrous histiocytoma and side tissue of malignant fibrous histiocytoma. Results The expression rate of Bim in malignant fibrous histiocytomaand side tissue of malignant fibrous histiocytoma was respectively 25.00% and 67.50%, the difference was statistically significant between them（P 〈0. 01 ）. The expression of Bim was not related to tumor site, age and gender of the patients, and histological type, the differences were not statistically significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）, but related to tumor size, clinical staglng, five-year survival period and application of taxinol therapy, the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The low expression of Bim in malignant fibrous histiocytoma of bone could reflect the tumor＇s biological behaviour and five-year survival condition of the patients to a certain extent.
