摘  要:借鉴先导式顺序阀的工作原理,设计了一种压差反馈式液压冲击器的先导式换向阀.利用Matlab/Simulink软件,建立了该换向阀的仿真模型,并通过仿真研究,得到该换向阀前腔、后腔、先导阀腔的压力曲线和主阀芯、先导阀芯的运动规律.仿真结果显示,该换向阀基本能按照先导式顺序阀的工作方式工作,满足设计要求.Based on the operational principle of the pilot-operated sequence valve,a pilot reversing valve of the pressure differential feedback hydraulic impactor was designed. The simulation model of the valve was built,based on the Matlab/Simulink software, the pressure curves of the front chamber, the back chamber and the pilot valve chamber of the reversing valve,as well as the motion law of the main spool and the pilot valve spool were obtained. The simulation result shows that the valve can work in accordance with the pilot-operated sequence valve mode, and meet the design requirements
