HPLC法同时测定地黄喷雾剂中没食子酸和盐酸小糪碱含量

摘　　要：目的：建立地黄喷雾剂中没食子酸和盐酸小糪碱的HPLC含量测定方法。方法：采用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm）,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,采用梯度洗脱程序,流速为1.0 ml·min^-1,检测波长为270 nm,柱温为30℃。结果：没食子酸和盐酸小檗碱的线性范围分别为20.36~305.40μg·ml-1（r=0.9996）和20.08~301.20μg· ml^-1（r=0.9998）,回收率分别为98.9%和98.5%,RSD分别为1.3%和1.5%。结论：该方法简单、可靠、准确,可用于地黄喷雾剂中没食子酸和盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid and berberine hydrochloride in Dihuang sprays. Methods：A ZORBAX SB-C18 column （250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phos-phoric acid with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 , the column temperature was 30℃, and the detection wavelength wassetat270nm.Results：Thelinearrangeofgallicacidandberberinehydrochloridewas20.36-305.40 μg·ml-1（r=0.9996） and 20.08-301.20 μg·ml-1（r=0.999 8）, respectively. The average recovery was 98.9%（RSD =1.3%） and 98.5%（RSD =1. 5%） , respectively. Conclusion：The method is simple, reliable and accurate, which can be used in the determination of gallic acid and berberine hydrochloride of Dihuang sprays.
