摘  要:目的探讨老年高血压患者血压变异与羧甲基赖氨酸(CML)和丙二醛(MDA)的相关性。方法采用ELISA法检测85例老年高血压患者血清CML和MDA水平,分析24-h动态血压监测中血压变异指标。结果老年高血压患者24-h收缩压及夜间收缩压标准差与CML呈正相关(P<0.05);24-h收缩压标准差与MDA呈正相关(P<0.05);血清CML与MDA呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论如同血压变异性,非酶糖基化及氧化应激可能成为预测老年高血压患者动脉粥样硬化的重要指标。Objective To investigate the association of non-enzymatic glycosylation and oxidative stress with blood pressure variability(BPV)in the elderly with hypertension.Methods Serum levels of carboxymethyl lysine(CML)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were determined by ELISA in 85 hospitalized elderly hypertensive patients.The 24-hour BPV was analyzed through ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.Results Serum CML level was positively correlated with the standard deviation of both 24-hour and overnight systolic BPV,while MDA level was positively correlated with overnight systolic BPV(P〈0.05).Serum level of CML was positively correlated with that of MDA(P〈0.01).Conclusion Serum levels of CML and MDA,as blood pressure variance,may be another important markers in the prediction of atherosclerosis in the elderly with hypertension.
