摘　　要：腹膜后淋巴结转移瘤的临床治疗具有挑战性。主要采用全身结合局部治疗方式对其进行控制。125I粒子植入治疗已用于实体肿瘤治疗,在腹膜后转移瘤的局部控制和癌性疼痛的缓解方面有一定优势。本文就125I持续低剂量率近距离放疗法治疗腹膜后淋巴转移瘤作一综述。Clinically, the treatment of retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis is challenging task. The main aim of the treatment is to control the lesion by using constitutional remedy combined with local management.^125I seed implantation has already been used in the treatment of solid tumors. It has certain advantages in locally controlling the retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis and in effectively relieving cancerous pain. This paper aims to make a comprehensive review on the brachytherapy with ^125I low dose rate for retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis.
