摘　　要：社会转型期,社区管理与服务人才将大量需要。本文在对合肥市社区、社工机构的调研基础上,阐述社区管理与服务人才在工作岗位、数量以及职业素质上的需求,进而从宏观、中观、微观三大方面对社区人才培养进行思考。During the social transition, the community management and service will need a large number of talents. This paper, based on the survey analysis of Hefei communities and social institutions,expounds on requirements of jobs,quantity and professional quality and researches into the community talent cultivation form the macroscopic, mesoscopic microscopic views.
