浅谈糖尿病相关眼病之中医病名

摘　　要：随着我国糖尿病患者人数的不断增加,糖尿病相关眼部并发症的患病率亦呈现出逐年增高趋势,此病日益受到中医眼科界的重视,但在教学或临床辨证施治时发现现有糖尿病眼病的中医命名仍欠具体,对于指导临床治疗缺乏一定的合理性.笔者通过中医、中西医眼科学教材和眼科相关专著等进行文献检索,探讨糖尿病相关眼部并发症的中医病名历史演变、概念内涵的优缺点,并提出相应改进建议。With the increasing number of patients with diabetes, the prevalence of diabetes-related eye complications have also shown increasing year hy year, ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine is increasingly valued. But teaching or clinical evidence-based medicine found that the TCM name of diabetic eye disease is still owe the specificity and lack of rationality for guiding clinical treatment. With literature search of ophthalmic textbooks or monographs of Chinese and Western medicine, this paper discusses the evolution history of TCM name of diabetic related eye diseases and characteristics of that for making appropriate recommendation.
