小切口联合眼内手法劈核白内障摘除人工晶体植入术126例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨小切口联合眼内手法劈核白内障摘除人工晶体植入术的手术效果及在基层防盲治盲中的应用.方法 对2011年7月至2012年11月126例（208眼）行小切口联合眼内手法劈核白内障摘除人工晶体植入术.结果 126例（208眼）眼患者术后视力明显提高,脱盲率100％.结论 小切口联合眼内手法劈核白内障摘除人工晶体植入术是一种安全、可靠、经济的手术方法,适合于在基层防盲治盲中推广应用.Objective Operation effect of small incision combined with extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation for blindness prevention and treatment Methods From July 2011 to November 2012, 126 cases （208 eyes） were underwent small incision combined with intraocular cataract extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation, Results In 126 cases （208 eyes） of eye, visual acuity improved significantly, the literacy rate was 100% Conclusion Small incision combined with extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocularlens implantation is a safe, reliable, economic, and suitable for popularization and application for blindness prevertion and treatment.
