摘　　要：缺血性视神经病变的中医和西医治疗各有优势及特点,中医治疗主要是口服中药、静脉使用中（成）药注射液、针灸治疗、穴位注射等.西医治法主要是及时给予大剂量糖皮质激素,同时配合植物神经调节剂、降眼压、神经营养药及高压氧治疗等.中西医结合治疗能结合两者优势,取得良好效果.Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine have their own advantages and characteristics on the treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy. The Chinese medicine treat diseases mainly by oral medicine, intravenous injections,acupuncture and acupuncture point injection, while the Western therapy is mainly by a large doses of corticosteroids, combined with autonomic regulator, as well as intraocular pressure lowering,neurotrophic drugs and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Integrative Medicine can combine the advantages of both sides and achieve good results.
