益气明目丸治疗前段缺血性视乳头病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨益气明目丸治疗脾胃气虚型前段缺血性视神经病变的临床疗效。方法 前段缺血性视神经病变患者24例（25只眼）,予口服益气明目丸,同时配合球后注射地塞米松,口服维生素B1、甲钴胺片等支持疗法。观察治疗前后患者的视力、视野、眼底及FFA变化。结果 本组共24例25只眼,显效7只眼（28％）;有效12只眼（48％）;无效6只眼（24％）;总有效率76％。视力、视野平均光敏感度、视盘荧光充盈迟缓时间均较治疗前有所改善,症状积分改善有效率88％。结论 益气明目丸治疗脾胃气虚型前段缺血性视神经病变能明显提高疗效,改善视功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of yiqimingmu pill for anterior ischemic optic neuropathy. Methods 25 patients（ 25 eyes） were treated with yiqimingmu pill,energy mixture,retrobulbar injection of dexamethason, vitamin and other supportive therapies. Vision, visual field, fundus and FFA were observed before and after treatment. Results 7 cases achieved excellent outcome,12 cases achieve effective outcome,and 6 cases were inefficient, the total effective rate was 76%. Average visual acuity,mean visual field sensitivity, Opticpapilla fluorescence filling delay time were improved. Conclusion Yiqimingmu pill could obviously improve the clinical effect and visual function of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy patients,
