摘  要:以发动机气门的摆动辗压终锻成形工艺为研究对象,运用Deform-3D软件对坯料成形过程进行数值模拟,并在摆动辗压机上进行具体实验。通过对实验试样的表面质量进行分析,结合数值模拟得到工件各变形阶段的应力场分布、应变速率场分布和速度场分布情况,初步探讨了气门摆动辗压的变形机理。分析结果表明:将摆动辗压工艺应用于气门的终锻中不仅是可行的,且相对于模锻工艺而言,摆动辗压成形的气门有锻造流线紧密流畅、摆辗件盘外圆无飞边、表面氧化皮少、气门盘部不易出现开裂等优点。For the swing rolling finish forging process of valve blank in engine,the forming process of blank was simulated numerically by Deform-3D software,and the experiment was conducted by the swing rolling machine.The swing rolling principle was discussed based on the analysis of sample surface quality and combining with the stress field,strain rate field and velocity field distribution of the sample at different deformation stages obtained by the numerical simulation.The results show that when swing rolling process is applied for the finish forging in valve,it is not only feasible,but also has some advantages in the die forging process.The valve produced by swing rolling forging has the characteristics of close and smooth forging flow lines,cylindrical orbital plate without flash,less surface oxide,valve plate that uneasy to crack and so on.
