摘  要:通过分析半糊化浆纱表面淀粉浆料糊化状况及浆纱横截面浆液浸透状况,探讨半糊化上浆技术的上浆机制。结果表明,半糊化浆液中含有一定量糊化了的浆液和未糊化的淀粉颗粒,完全糊化了的淀粉浆液由于黏度小而容易浸透到纱线内部,大量吸水而未糊化的淀粉颗粒黏附在纤维和纱线表面,浆纱烘燥时,黏附在纤维和纱线表面未糊化的淀粉颗粒破裂覆着在纤维和纱线表面,并与浸透到纤维之间的浆液发生粘结,浸透到纤维之间的糊化浆液成为表面颗粒淀粉糊化后黏附的"根",使得浆膜对纱线形成了包覆。半糊化浆纱技术可以显著减少煮浆和上浆过程中蒸汽耗用量。Part-gelatinization sizing technology(PGST) is a novel technology to size yarns using partgelatinized starch sizing agents under a medium temperature condition.In this paper,the microstructure of a sizing membrane formed both on the yarn surface and on the cross-section of the sized yarns is examined by SEM,and the mechanism of the formation of sizing membrane on the surface of yarns in PGST is thus proposed.It is found that sizing pulp prepared in PGST contains a certain amount of fully-,or partially-gelatinized starch sizing agents and a great amount of non-gelatinized starch particles;and the gelatinized starch sizing pulp with low viscosity is easier to penetrate into voids inside yarns while the nongelatinized starch particles absorbing water in large amount adhere on the surfaces of fibers and yarns.During the drying process,the saturated non-gelatinized starch particles adhered on the surfaces of fibers and yarns break and are coated on the surfaces of fibers and yarns to form a sizing membrane bonded with the gelatinized starch penetrating among the yarns.Such a complicated membrane structure covers the whole fiber surface within and on the surface of yarns.The steam consumption can be saved obviously by using PGST.
