摘　　要：主题性人物是促使情节发生，推动情节发展，导致故事结局的人物，故而《三国演义》主题性人物比较多。这些主题性人物在《三国演义》中“依史演义”，上演了一场封建王朝末世政治权场原生态性质的奸雄政治，曹操就是其中的代表性人物之一。The motif call invite and promote the plot and have a direct relation with the end of a story. There are a lot of such characters in The Romance of Three Kingdoms. They act a primitive political struggle at the end of feudalism, Caocao is one of the arch-careerists among them.
