摘  要:本文设计了一款工作频段为225-450 MHz,输出功率为200 W的线性高效率功率放大器。设计上基于ADS仿真软件和LDMOS功放管大信号模型,提供了一种线性高功率放大器设计解决方案。首先是利用双音负载牵引得到功放管最佳匹配阻抗点,并基于频段阻抗采用传输线变压器与L型微带线混合匹配相结合方式设计了小型化的宽带匹配网络,最后通过联合仿真优化PCB版图,实现功放工程设计。实测功放输出功率53~55.2 d Bm,IMD3为33.1~38.5 d Bc,PAE为44.2~62.1%。This paper describes the design of a high-efficiency power amplifier with working band of 225-450 MHz and linear output power of 200 W. Based on ADS simulation software and large- signal model of LDMOS power transistors,a solution of linear high-power amplifier design is provided. Firstly,the two-tone load pull is used to get the best matching impedance point of power transistors,then based on frequency-band impedance and in combination of transmission- line transformer and L- type micro- strip hybrid matching method,the miniaturized broadband matching network is designed,and finally the power amplifier engineering design is realized via the optimized PCB layout of joint simulation. The actually measured amplifier output power is 53 ~ 55. 2d Bm,IMD3 is 33. 1 ~ 38. 5d Bc,and PAE is 44. 2 ~ 62. 1%.
