摘　　要：随着高等教育的大众化与国际化,高校之间的竞争越来越激烈,以特色取胜成为高校的策略共识。文章结合石家庄铁道大学实际与社会需求,以轨道交通信号与控制专业的建设为例,对高等学校特色专业的培养目标定位、人才培养模式、课程体系优化、实训基地建设、教学评价改革等内容进行了阐述。With the popularization and internationalization of higher education, increasingly fierce competition among colleges and universities has been more and more significant; to win a common strategy in colleges and universities is to find their own way. In this paper, taking the construction of rail traffic signal and control major as an example, elaborates the characteristic of coUeges and universities of professional training target, training mode, curriculum system, construction of practice base, evaluation of the reform of teaching evaluation in details combined with the actual situation of Shijiazhuang Tiedao University and social needs.
