摘　　要：高校集体球类项目的发展水平直接影响我国集体球类项目的竞技运动水平。团队效能是衡量集体球类项目运动队发展状态、发展水平和竞技运动成绩的重要标准。本文通过研究确定了我国集体球类项目的团队特征主要有:开放性和动态性、层次性、非线性、集体效能与凝聚力和初值敏感性。团队效能的指标主要包括三个维度:内容结果、过程结果和绩效结果。在此基础之上,本文从内向视角和外向视角构建了集体球类项目的团队效能模型。The development level of university collective ball events directly affect the level of competitive sports of collective ball events. Team effectiveness is an important standard to measure the development status and level and also athletic performance of collective ball sports team. In this paper, through researching, the characteristics of collective ball games team has been deter- mined： the open and dynamic, hierarchical, nonlinear, collective efficacy and cohesion and initial value sensitivity. Team effec- tiveness index mainly includes three dimensions ： contenting results, processing results and performance results. On this basis, the team effectiveness model of collective ball events from the inside and outside perspective is constructed.
