摘　　要：野外地质实践教学在地质学教学过程中极为重要,是培养合格地质人才的关键之一。想要"安全、高效"的完成野外地质实践教学工作,实习前的安全教育工作是必不可少的;实习动员工作则是为了提高师生的实习热情;野外踏勘等则是为了增强带队教师的"火车头"作用,保障实习"高效"的进行;严于律己、身体力行更能充分体现带队教师的模范作用;沟通协作、团队领导则是"安全、高效"完成野外地质实践教学的又一有力保障。Field Geological practice education is extremely important to the process of Geology-teaching. Field Geological practice education is one of the keys to training more qualified talented persons on geology. In order to ＂ safely and effectively＂ complete the field Geological practice education, safety education before departure is essential. The mobilization work of field practice is to improve the practice enthusiasm of teachers and students. Field inspect is to enhance the ＂ locomotive＂ roles of teachers. Be strict with oneself and set an example by personally taking part can fully reflect the exemplary role of teachers. Communication, coordination and team leadership is another powerful guarantee of field Geological practice education.
