摘　　要：1病例资料例1男，31岁，因下腹胀痛14d人院。患者近1年来因进食不当反复出现腹泻，大便形状为黄色稀水样便，服用盐酸小檗碱片、吡哌酸等药物后症状缓解。患者14d前食用水产品后出现脐周痉挛疼痛伴有恶心、呕吐、腹泻，自服盐酸小檗碱片、吡哌酸、胃复安等药物，症状无减轻，腹泻次数增多，每日4～6次，为黄色稀水样便入院治疗。Summary The clinical manifestations of acidophilic myelogenous gastroenteritis is varied, including abdomi nal pain, peripheral eosinophil ratio and the absolute value markedly increased. Increased bone marrow eosinophils are important features of the diagnosis of aeidophilic granulocyte gastroenteritis. Endoseopy and biopsy pathology hint of aeidophilie cell infiltration is the key to the diagnosis. These four patients after endoscopic examination and biopsy pathologic were diagnosed as acidophilic granulocyte gastroenteritis.
