摘　　要：美国通用电气公司通过研究实验室这种企业内部科研机构,系统性组织管理技术和产品创新活动,实现企业长期发展,也为整体工业科技含量的提升和国家竞争力的增强做出了巨大贡献。分析通用电气公司的创新管理,对于我国企业构建完善的创新管理制度,制定和实施有效的科技人才政策,发挥大企业在国家创新发展中的主体作用,推动国民经济转型发展和提升国家竞争力,具有一定的借鉴意义。The research laboratory is an inner-enterprise scientific research institution, with which the General Electric Company can systematically manage the technological innovation, realize the enterprise development, and make great contributionstoimprovethescientificand technologicalcontent of industry as well as strengthen the national competitive ness. Analyzing the innovation management of the General Electric will draw great inspiration to China for innovation management of enterprises, developing and implementing scientific and technological personnel policy, playing the main role of large enterprise in the national innovation mechanism, promoting the transformation of national economy and enhancing the national competitiveness.
