摘　　要：采用整群抽样方式,定向选择650余名医务人员进行问卷调查,了解医务人员对单病种支付方式的认知情况和意愿,为今后有效地开展医疗保险支付制度改革提供依据。结果显示,医务人员对单病种支付方式的认知水平及实施意愿有待提高。Using the cluster sampling method to select more than 650 medical personnel,and carry out a questionnaire survey. And try to understand the perceive and willingness on single disease payment,and also provide basis for effectively carry out medical insurance payment system in the future. The results show that medical personnel perceive and willingness on single disease payment should be improved.
