摘  要:以玉米芯为原料,研究了稀酸、先碱后酸、稀碱和碱性H2O2四种预处理方法对玉米芯酶解特性和微观结构的影响。其中,先碱后酸和碱性H2O2预处理得到玉米芯中的木质素含量分别降低了92.0%和70.4%;酶解12h的木聚糖提取率分别为24.3%和25.4%;木聚糖的水解率分别为67.4%和71.6%,且两者酶解得到的木二糖较多;同时,处理后的玉米芯在微观结构上分别出现了较大的孔洞,结构变得非常疏松。With corn cob as raw material, the dilute acid, acid pretreatment after alkali, alkali and alkaline H2O2 four pretreatment methods of solution affects the properties and micro structure of corncob enzyme. Among them, acid pretreatment after alkali and alkaline pretreatment with H2O2 from corncob lignin content were decreased by 92% and 70.4%; xylan extraction rate of enzyme solution 12h were 24.3% and 25.4%; xylan hydrolysis rates were 67.4% and 71.6%, and both enzyme obtained Xylobiose more; at the same time, after the treatment of corn cob in microscopic structure appeared respectively larger pores, structure becomes very loose.
