腹腔植入缓释氟尿嘧啶预防胃癌术后复发转移的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究进展期胃癌术中腹腔植入缓释氟尿嘧啶的临床疗效。方法:分析收治的80例进展期胃癌临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组40例和对照组40例。结果:两组患者死亡、吻合口漏、腹腔出血、感染、肝功能、肾功能、血常规情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组局部复发率、远处转移率及生存率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:进展期胃癌术中腹腔植入缓释氟尿嘧啶临床疗效显著,预后良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach the clinical curative effect of gastric cancerimplant fluorouracil sustained release for implant in oper-ation. Method To retrospective analyze the clinical data of gastric cancer implant fluorouracil sustained release for implant in operation, which was to be divided into detection group（40 cases）and control group（40 cases）. Results The WBC、PLT、Cr、ALT、nausea and vomi-ting、Incision infection、axillary effusion of two groups were no compared,the different wasn＆#39;t statistically significant（P 〉 0. 05）,the local recurrence rate、distant metastasis rate、survival rate of detection group were better than control group,the difference were statistically signifi-cant（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of gastric cancer implant fluorouracil sustained release for implant in operation is evident and eusemia,which is to be used.
