摘　　要：分析了全球正义的内涵、适用框架及其限度等问题,指出在全球化时代,全球正义不仅是一个重要的理论问题还是一个重要的实践问题,相较于传统的正义观研究,全球正义问题是在跨国的层面展现的,它不仅具有一般正义问题的共性还有其内在的规定性。全球正义不仅仅是传统正义在跨国层面的延伸,在全球主权无法成立的条件下,对全球正义的呼唤也是突破不公正、不合理的国际政治、经济旧秩序的客观诉求,更是对当下世界贫富分化日益严重的理论应答。The connotation, framework and the limits of global justice are analyzed. It is pointed out that, in the era of globalization, global justice is not only an important theoretical problem, but an important practical issue. Compared to the research on traditional concept of justice, global justice issue is in transnational level, it not only has the general common justice issues as well as its inherent determination. It benefited from the need of global justice in the era of globalization on one side, also an objective demands to break through unfair unreasonable old order on international politics and economy, and a theory response to the increasingly divided between rich and poor in the current world.
