ICU护士对血管内导管相关感染预防指南认知现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查ICU护士对2011年美国疾病控制预防中心(CDC)《血管内导管相关感染预防指南》的掌握程度及其影响因素,为开展针对性培训提供科学依据。方法采用方便抽样法,于2013年1-3月用自行设计问卷对3个地区4所三级医院的201名ICU护士进行调查,数据采用SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析。结果 201名ICU护士对《血管内导管相关感染预防指南》知识问卷得分为(8.25±3.13)分,及格率仅为10.4%;总知晓率为84.1%;单因素分析结果显示,不同工作单位、地区、科室、职称、护士类别、ICU工作年限等的护士得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多重线性回归分析结果显示,问卷得分与工作单位、地区、科室、职称和ICU工作年限有关。结论 ICU护士对《血管内导管相关感染预防指南》知识的掌握程度低,应加强培训提高其知识水平,制定标准化护理流程,加强护理管理,以利于落实《血管内导管相关感染预防指南》,达到导管相关性血流感染"零容忍"的目标。OBJECTIVE To investigate the awareness of the ICU nurses about the Guidelines for prevention of intravascular catheter‐related infections issued by Centers for Disease Prevention and Control （CDC） in 2011 and analyze the influencing factors so as to conduct the targeted training .METHODS By means of convenient sampling method ,the self‐designed questionnaires were employed to investigate 201 ICU nurses from 4 three A hospitals in three areas from Jan 2013 to Mar 2013 ,and the data were statistically analyzed by using SPSS16 .0 software . RESULTS The score of knowledge of the Guidelines for prevention of intravascular catheter‐related infections of the 201 ICU nurses was （8 .25 ± 3 .13） points ,the passing rate was 10 .4% ;the total awareness rate was 84 .1% . The univariate analysis indicated that there was statistically significant difference in the score between the nurses in different work units ,areas ,departments ,professional qualifications ,nurses categories ,and work experience ICU （P〈0 .05） .The multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the score of the questionnaires was related to the work units , areas , departments , professional qualifications , and work experience .CONCLUSIONS The awareness of the Guidelines for prevention of intravascular catheter‐related infections of the ICU nurses is low ;it is necessary to strengthen the training ,formulate standard nursing procedure ,and intensify the nursing manage‐ment so as to implement the Guidelines for prevention of intravascular catheter‐related infections and achieve the goal of ＆quot;zero tolerance＆quot;of the catheter‐related bloodstream infections .
